Founded in 1994 by Bruce Greenberg, Starwood Group has developed, constructed, acquired, and managed the conversion of office buildings to residential use, luxury hotels, and mixed-used developments in Toronto including SoHo Lofts @ 188 Eglinton, SoHo Bayview, and SoHo Condominiums at the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel.

Starwood Group develops luxury residential and mixed-use developments under it's SoHo brand. The brand is recognized for superior design, and quality features and finishes. Starwood refers to this as "Hotel Inspired™". Starwood developed the SoHo Parkway, SoHo Lisgar, and SoHo Champagne Luxury Condominiums in Ottawa from 2010 to 2015.

Starwood Group developed, owns, and manages the SoHo Metropolitan Hotel and the Hazelton Hotel, Toronto’s first five-star hotel. The SoHo Metropolitan Hotel and Residences is a member of Preferred Hotels and is praised by international media. The Hazelton Hotel and Private Residences is a member of The Leading Hotels of the World. Starwood also owns and manages the SoHo Metropolitan Residences in Toronto and Ottawa, and opened the first Wahlburgers in Canada at Toronto's SoHo Metropolitan Hotel.

Founded by designer Brian Gluckstein, Gluckstein Design has been a pillar in the design community throughout North America and abroad for a number of years. Known for classy, lavish, and distinctive interiors, complemented with a relaxed and natural feeling, and designed for many prominent families, corporations, and hotels. Gluckstein Design has been honoured with numerous awards for design, including ARIDO's Awards for Excellence in Residential, Commercial, Corporate Design, and the National Builders Association and America's Awards for Excellence in Sales Office and Model.

Roderick Lahey Architect

Founded in 1991, Roderick Lahey Architect focuses on urban architecture and design for residential, commercial, and institutional interests. The president, Roderick Lahey, is professionally accredited by the Ontario Architecture Association, is a Member of the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada, and the Ottawa Regional Society of Architects. Roderick Lahey Architects received Ottawa's Architectural Conservation Awards Certificate of Merit in recognition of numerous successful, engaging, and sustainable projects across the National Capital Region.
